Salsa Bean Dip

  • 1 can (16 ounces) fat free refried beans

  • 1/2 cup thick & chunky salsa

  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

  1. HEAT beans, salsa and cheese in medium saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.

  2. SERVE with tortilla chips.

  3. VARIATION: Add 1/4 cup diced green chiles or 2 teaspoons diced jalapeƱos.

This is great. I just got a recipe for something similar to this and it was good. This is very easy and maybe a great replacement if I need some in a hurry and don't have all the ingredients for the other one.Thanks Avera…Debe
