Crab Curry Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 package (8 ounces) fat free cream cheese , at room temperature

  • 1/4 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Fat Free Milk

  • 3/4 cup (4 ounces) fresh, cooked or chopped imitation crabmeat

  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

  • Assorted cut fresh vegetables

Directions
  1. BEAT cream cheese in small mixer bowl until creamy; slowly beat in evaporated milk until creamy. Stir in crabmeat, green onions, bell pepper, curry powder and garlic salt; cover. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with vegetables.
