Cocktail-Hour Tuna Tartare

  • 4 oz Sashimi, tuna, bluefin, fillet , finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp Mango, fresh, slices , minced

  • 1 tbsp Cucumber, with skin, fresh, slices , seeded and minced

  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice (or more to taste)

  • 1 tsp fresh cilantro , chopped

  • 1 fresh green onions , chopped, green only

  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil , toasted

  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil (spicy)

  • 1 pinch salt

  1. Combine mango, cucumber, lime juice, tuna, cilantro, green onion, toasted sesame oil, spicy sesame oil, and salt, and mix.

The name of this even sounds fancy! And it sure will look good in that glass. This is something that I will try especially since it has so few carbs.
