They taste like they came from the bakery! No wonder your family will be clamoring for more.

NO you are rude! This is a place to share recipes with others. Some diabetics can eat these and some can't.

evaziem, why do you find it necessary to cut down recipes, if you won't eat them then don't but you also don't need to be rude about it either. Just because you have a problem does not mean we all do. I have tried this and after eating a piece my blood sugar was 97!

White all purpose flour? No, Thanks! Not for diabetics and for other people who do not want to be diabetic…

The photo is clearly made with chopped apples, not sliced. I don't understand why they choose not to photograph the food made according to the recipe.

Any idea why it says "baked value" after the oats?
I think it would work better if you pressed the crumbs into the pan to make a crust.

Anyone know how to make the comments show up in the right order? I am so tired of having to read them the way they show up for me, in reverse order, newest first. So I am reading what is being said to a previous post all the time. Have to scroll all the way to the bottom then scroll up to read them right , just kinda irritating ya know? Thanks

says 24 bars so must be a 9X12 cake pan. I would imagine it would be up to you whether or not you want the skins on. I would leave them on as they are nutritious.
