1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
1 can(4 ounces)chopped mild green chillies
2 egg whites
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 can(8 ounces)tomato sauce, divided
2 tablespoons ketchup
Preheat oven 350degrees f. Combine beef, onion, cilantro, chillies, egg whites, cornmeal, cumin, salt, pepper and half of the tomato sauce in mixing bowl; mix well. Combine remaining tomato sauce and ketchup in a small bowl.
Place meat mixture on a rimmed baking sheet coated with cooking spray and shape into an oval about 6x9 inches.
Top with tomato sauce mixture, Bake 55 minutes.
