Lemon Ricotta Dessert
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 packages sugar substitute

Directions
  1. Mix together the ricotta, lemon peel, vanilla extract, and sugar substitute. Spoon into dessert dish. Serve chilled.
