STIR-FRIED CELERY WITH SESAME

Ingredients
  • 4 large celery ribs

  • 1 Tbsp. (15 ml) vegetable oil

  • 2 tsp. (10 ml) sake

  • Pinch of Splenda

  • 4 tsp. (20 00) soy sauce

  • Ground dried chile peppers

  • 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) sesame seeds, lightly toasted and crushed

Directions
  1. Remove the strings from the celery using a vegetable peeler (no, you don’t have to-but it makes a better dish!)

  2. and cut each piece into 2-inch (5-cm) segments. Cut each segment lengthwise into 14 -inch (O.6-cm) strips.
