PEANUT BUTTER PIE

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup pecan pieces

  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 1/2 Tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Sweetener to taste: stevia, saccharin, or Equal tablets

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

Directions
  1. Grind nuts in grinder or food processor. Mix with butter. Press into 7 -inch pie pan.

  3. whipped cream. Transfer mixture into crust. Refrigerate for several hours. The servings are small, but the pie

This is an easy recipe to cook up. I am not a big fan of peonut butter, but I am going to try it first with the peanut butter and then with some other flavoring.
