Maple Yogurt Fruit Shake

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

  • 1/2 cupplain nonfat yogurt

  • 1/4 cup 2% milk

  • 1 medium Banana

  • 4 tsp Cary's Sugar free syrup

  • 1/4 tsp banana extract or vanilla extract

  • pinch nutmeg

  • 9-10 ice cubes

Directions
  1. Plae all ingredients in a blender .Puree on high until thick,frothy,and well mixed. Fill large glasses with ice. Pour shake over ice and sprinkle with additional nutmeg.

  2. Serve cold and frosty,immediately.

What a great recipe! I agree about the Cary's S-F maple syrup as a sweetener; I'm already brain-storming what else I can use it in/on! :)

This is going to taste wonderful. The Cary's sugar free syrup is so yummy. I never thought to sweeten a smoothie with it.
