Very Veggie Slaw

Ingredients
  • 1 cup shredded broccoli stalks

  • 1 cup shredded white cabbage

  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage

  • 1 cup shredded carrot

  • In a large bowl, combine all vegetables and toss.

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons sweet relish

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon dill

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed

  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

  • 3/4 cup fat free or low fat mayonnaise

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, combine all above ingredients. Toss with vegetables in the large bowl.Chill well.
