Broccoli Casserole

  • 2 boxes of frozen broccoli (10 1/2 0z. each)

  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/2 soup can of milk

  • 1 egg

  • 3 tablespoons horseradish sauce

  • 2 cups shredded sharp chedder cheese

  • 1 sleeve ritz crackers

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  1. Preparation:

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli as directed on package, drain. Place in large mizing bowl. Combine next six ingredients in bowl with broccoli and mix well.

  3. When mixed, pour broccoli mixture into 9x13 casserole dish. Mash crackers into crumbs and mix with melted butter. Sprinke cracker mixture on top of broccoli casserole.

  4. Place in preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes. Allow casserole to cool for at least five munutes befor serving. Notes:

  5. Make cracker and butter mixture while broccoli is cooking in stove to save time.

This too is a variation of my brocalli casserole. I USE CHEEZ-IT CRACKERS BUT I DO LIKE RITZ THINK i WILL DO YOURS FOR THANKSGIVING.
