Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 15 oz. cans of artichoke hearts: canned, drained and chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 2 cups ground bread crumbs

  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil

  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

  • 1/4 tsp. thyme

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a blender or food processor, puree the first five ingredients for 30 seconds. Pour the puree into a large bowl; stir in the cheese, bread crumbs, and herbs.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a 1-quart baking dish. Cover the dip and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

  4. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
