  • 2 olive oil cooking spray

  • 3 tbsp Bread Crumbs, seasoned, grated, dry

  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 egg whites

  • 1 tsp lowfat milk

  • 2 small zucchini , cut lengthwise into quarters

  • 1/3 cup Sauce, spaghetti, traditional , warmed

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.

  2. In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese. In another shallow dish, combine egg white and milk and beat with a fork until both are well blended.

  3. Take each zucchini wedge and dip into the crumb mixture first, then dip into the egg white and milk mixture. Let the excess mixture drip off back into dish, then roll zucchini in crumb mixture again to coat.

  4. Place the prepared zucchini sticks on prepare baking sheet, coat them well with cooking spray, and bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with spaghetti sauce.
