Vegetable Coleslaw

Ingredients
  • 1 cup shredded broccoli stalks

  • 1 cup shredded white cabbage

  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage

  • 1 cup shredded carrot

  • DRESSING

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp sweet relish

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp dill

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/4 tsp celery seed

  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard

  • 3/4 cup fat free or low fat mayonnaise

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all vegetables and toss.

  2. In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Toss with vegetables

  3. in the large bowl.
