4 Portobello mushrooms (5 inch), brushed clean and stems trimmed
1 T. olive oil
1 t. Balsamic vinegar
2 cloves minced garlic
Salt and a few grinds of black pepper to taste
1 T. dried thyme or 3 T. fresh thyme.
Brush both sides of mushrooms with oil.
Broil or grill bottom sides up for 2 minutes.
Turn and add seasonings, broil for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with additional fresh thyme and feast.
