  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

  • 1 t. dried thyme

  • 2 ½ t. canola

  • ½ cup grated Swiss cheese

  • 1. Spray a 9" pie pan with cooking spray, mix breadcrumbs with thyme and oil and press firmly into bottom and sides of pan. Sprinkle pan with cheese. Set aside.

  • ½ t. olive oil

  • ½ cup chopped red onion

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 4 cups chopped fresh broccoli

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 3/4 cup egg substitute

  • 1 ½ cup fat free evaporated milk

  1. ½ cup fat free evaporated milk

  2. Heat oil. Saute onion until soft, about 5 minutes. Add pepper and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes. Add broccoli, seasonings and ¼ cup water. Cook for 5 minutes until vegetables are wilted and water has evaporated. 3. Arrange this mixture cheese in pie pan. Whisk eggs and milk and pour over vegatables. Bake for about 40 minutes. Slice into wedges and serve warm or a t room temp.

It says "cut in wedges" but also says "Servings per recipe - 1" and "one slice equals 190 cal. 7 fat and 19 carb…but is it the whole recipe is one serving, or is it cut many…servings? Also would assume the baking temp is the usual 350 - seems a few details were left out.

How did the recipe turn out when cooking at 350 degrees? I will try it to see how it works, it sounds delicious.

Seems somebody forgot to say what temp to bake this at. I'll try it at my favorite; 350.
