Blackberry Lemonade

  • 2 cups of fresh blackberries or unsweetened frozen blackberries, thawed

  • 1 cup of fresh lemon juice

  • 1 cup of Splenda_ No Calorie Sweetener, Granular (or 24 Splenda_ packets)

  • 4 cups of cold water

  1. Combine blackberries, lemon juice, and Splenda_ Granular or Splenda_ Packets in a blender; process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Press mixture through a sieve into a pitcher; discard solids. Stir in water. Serve over ice. Serves 7.

Will make this for my mother, who is also diabetic. I will love this; I keep blackberries all year.
