PEANUT BUTTER MILKSHAKE

Ingredients
  • 3 cup Cold skim milk

  • 1 package (4-serving size) JELL-O Butterscotch Flavor Sugar- Free Instant Pudding and Pie Filling

  • 1 1/2 cup Vanilla ice milk *

  • 2 tbsp Creamy peanut butter

Directions
  1. * Recipe calls for ice milk but diabetics would be better served to use

  2. a SF frozen dairy dessert instead.

  3. Pour milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover.

  4. Blend at high speed 15 seconds or until smooth. (Mixture will thicken as it

  5. stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired. Makes 5 cups or 5 servings.
