  • 1 ripe mango

  • 1 carton reduced-fat yogurt - (8 oz)

  • 1/2 cup very cold water

  1. Remove the flesh from the mango, discarding the skin and seed. You should have about 1 cup of mango.

  2. Combine the mango, yogurt, and water in a blender container. Blend on medium speed until well combined and smooth. Serve at once.

  3. Leftover lassi can be tightly covered and kept in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Stir before serving.

  4. This recipe yields 2 servings. Serving size: 1 generous cup.
