Apricot Fizz

Apricots are rich in vitamins A, C, E, potassium, and iron. There’s no tastier way to enjoy them than this quick, refreshing beverage.

Ingredients
  • 3 cup Apricot juice, unsweetened

  • 3 cup Diet ginger ale

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Directions
  1. Chill apricot juice and ginger ale throughly. To serve, combine apricot juice, ginger ale, and lemon juice; stir well, and pour into individual glasses.

Sheesh!!! You call 15 carbs for just a drink 'Low Carb' ? My goodness, that only leaves 30 carbs for the rest of my meal. You should move this to a different category other than low carb!
