Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup lowfat plain yogurt

  • 1/4 cup low fat buttermilk

  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp chopped dill pickles

  • 1 tbsp Ketchup, low sodium

  • 1 tsp chopped parsley

  • 1/8 tsp salt substitute seasoning

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and stir until blended.

  2. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
