Let It Cook Chicken

By Ms. Lizz

  • Serves 8

  • 4 lb whole chicken, raw

  • 1 1/2 cup Sauce, barbecue

  1. Put chicken, legs up, into slow cooker. Pour sauce over and inside the chicken. Cover.

  2. Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low setting. It is not a good idea to open crock pot to check chicken because steam escapes and it takes longer to return to heat level.

It's TmoT. I'm back after trying this recipe. I have got to tell you it was phenomenal. Absolutely fantastic. I had to make a few changes, but pretty much stuck to the written recipe. I did have to double it and I'll tell you, The BBQ sauce was just awesome. I highly recomend anyone trying it. You're gonna love it.

I love to cook and so far I've been successful at not making anything junk. My family and everyone we know simply loves the foods I put together. Especially my Hawaiian recipies. I happened on this site and decide to try this recipe. I'm going to substitute the whole chicken for 5 lbs of leg 1/4s.
This BBQ sauce sounds very appetising. I'm going to work my magic now. I'll be back after everyone's finished and let you all know how it went. I also plan to share some of my personal favorites and maybe someone wiould try it and see how you like it.
I'm really looking forward to this BBQ sauce. It sounds great and different. Be back at you later.
Tim, from Hawaii
