Mixed Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup crushed RITZ Crackers

  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

  • 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained

  • 1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained

  • 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

  • 1/3 cup chopped onion

Directions
  1. MIX crushed crackers and butter in small bowl.

  2. MIX remaining ingredients in 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cracker mixture.

  3. BAKE at 350°F for 35 minutes or until heated through
