Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
  • 4 cup fresh shredded cabbage

  • 1/4 cup grated carrots , or thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped celery , thinly

  • 1/4 cup sliced green bell peppers

  • 1 tsp fresh chopped onion

  • 1/2 tsp chopped parsley , or dill or basil

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup Yogurt, plain, nonfat

  • 1 tsp yellow mustard

  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Directions
  1. Combine vegetables and herbs in a large bowl.

  2. Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, and sugar in a small bowl. Mix into vegetables.

  3. Keep in refrigerator until ready to eat.
