Cantaloupe Aqua Fresca

Ingredients
  • Makes 6 Servings

  • 1/2 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cubed

  • 4 cups water, divided

  • 1/3 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • Optional garnishes: cantaloupe wedges, lime slices

Directions
  1. Process cantaloupe and 1 cup water in a blender just long enough to make a coarse pulp; pour into a large pitcher. Add remaining 3 cups water, SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener, and lime juice, stirring until sweetener dissolves. Serve over crushed ice. Garnish, if desired.
