  • 6 floz lowfat milk

  • 1 medium eggs

  • 1 SPLENDA┬« , packet

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Directions
  1. Put milk in a mug and microwave for about 1-3/4 minutes.

  2. Put egg, vanilla, Splenda and a pinch of nutmeg in the blender and "pulse" a couple of times to mix.

  3. Add the warmed milk and blend for another 15 seconds or so.

  4. Pour back into mug, sprinkle a little more nutmeg on the top
