I do most of things she recommended, but the fat seem determined to not go away.Please I do not drink alcohol.

Hi!

Excellent advice, especially for the newly diagnosed and prediabetics. I'm type 2 diabetic diagnosed at 42 and these were the basics that I stuck with until I found which worked for me, it was a diet plan. With the help of the diet plan my A1c tests have been coming back normal.

I agree with all 5 steps and I will follow them but I would like some suggestions on what I can eat instead of fish, vegetarian.

I HAVE hard time i have TIME WALKING BECAUSE I have trouble with my feet,but i;m trying little bit at a time.n i went onn alow caloerie diet with protein and lot of greens i need some suggets on what to eat thks'chrissy

thanks for the advice, when i followed these steps before my blood suga levels were controlled. then somehow i started eating what i wanted too. now my sugars are way out of control. i will follow these 5 steps and get back on track to a healthy and better me. thanks alot for reminding me to get back on track to being healthy again…

very excellent advice. i do these things and i am losing weight. exercise and good eating is the way to go.
