I really like the Life In Motion concept. I have been doing that lately and now added short walks. I lack endurance since my diagnosis so this is very encouraging.

I agree with the statement about making exercise a part of a lifestyle change. It's good to take a gentle approach to working out, but what if you're past that? Is insulin resistance impacted more by different exercises? Is it better to do weight training or cardio, or maybe a combination of both? How many times a week is best to reverse insulin resistance?
