you should talk about the "poof" that occurs when excercise make the muscles become more receptive to insulin. Your video could expand just a bit by including glutamate as the "teeth" of the key. if the teeth are not on the key (they break off?) i.e. your body is not managing Glutamate, then the key (insulin) doesn't fit in the key hole. Glutamate - the teeth of the key, or the tumblers of the keyhole … that's for you. But we ought to allow for a more sophisticated understanding of why diet AND EXCERCISE (both) are so important. Otherwise, newly diagnosed obese lethargic underexcercised individuals will ignore the advice to do both (and in the end remain obese, remain on the medicine, and deal with those consequences). Diet and Excercise, especially the movement of the biggest muscles IS the secret sauce. Remove the magic. :D
