Having just battled a head cold, I appreciate this video. There were times last week when I had to increase my insulin to maintain a good blood glucose reading even though I may have been eating even less carbs than usual. My only criticism with the video is that it showed Orange Juice as a choice of liquid to ingest…for many of us, OJ would cause our BG to spike even higher. In fact, in my early days with diabetes (1978), I wound up in the ER and ICU due to DKA because I had been treating a bout with the flu with too much OJ…I'm older (luckily) and wiser now. Thanks for posting this video!
