@ Dena: Pop of any kind is not good for you. you will not die due to a deficiency of soda pop, diet or otherwise.

I drink water, decaf green tea and almond milk almost exclusively.

The key in any diet is to stay away from processed foods
as much as possible. Venturing into the grocery isles is
asking for trouble. Truvia (stevia) is found on the grocery
shelves, and for me has had no side effects as splenda does.
Stop. Look. and Listen, is an old saying from years back
which holds true to todays lifestile as far as diets go. Stop with the bad, look for the good and listen to your body.

I think this guy must be making a bundle from the sugar people. So Splenda uses a lot of chemicals in processing sugar? So what? Almost all processed food use chemicals in their processing. Does that make all processed food dangerous to eat. I don't believe so. Also this guy says there are 3 sweetners that he endorses, but he doesn't have time to tell you about them. Sounds like another money making scam to me. You know "Order my book or CD to find out - Only $29.99" That's Garbage!
