This DVD workout program features the trainers from the reality television show "The Biggest Loser." The program features four one-mile indoor walks that increase in intensity. The first walk is a low-impact walking workout. The trainers coach you through the progressive walks up to Walk 4 which adds weights for increased intensity. Package includes a progress tracker which helps you see your progress toward completing a marathon. In three weeks, your one-mile walks will add up to a 26-mile marathon. The American Diabetes Association recommends 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per week.
