Body Pump Classes

Body Pump is a barbell class that strengthens your entire body. It works all major muscle groups by doing exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. It focuses on low weight loads and high repetition movements so you will burn fat, gain strength and produce lean muscle quickly. In a typical class you will perform 70-100 reps per body part, which is up to 800 reps in a single workout. It generally lasts about 60 minutes.
