Based on your current weight, fitness habits, motivation level, and stress-eating habits, Jenny Craig delivers meals based on a personalized calorie level between 1,200 and 2,300 calories per day. The pre-packaged meals can help those who struggle to plan and cook their own meals. The plan is designed specifically for weight loss. And while weight loss often helps improve symptoms of diabetes, the plan is not designed to control diabetes.
