What is a healthy glucose level? Im always trying to eat healthy. My glucose levels are always pretty good, never high. But even though they are 98 at nighttime, I'm still always urinating through the night, and when the morning comes I'm very tired.

The fasting (before breakfast) blood glucose goal for someone with diabetes is less than 130. It sounds like you are well within this range. One who does not have diabetes generally has a fasting blood glucose of less than 100. The increased urination you are having at night is not likely from the diabetes, because increased urination only occurs once blood glucose numbers are above 180, and yours are well below this. I would talk to your doctor about the increased urination as there are lots of reasons it might be occurring.
