My levels are averaging in mid 130's when I wake up and vary after a meal - anywhere from 118 - 136. Also checked it before and after lunch for a week just to see my numbers during the day and they were in 90's - 124. My highest reading I have had (about an hour after a late evening meal) was 168. Are there any natural supplements to bring down my numbers? Can't seem to get them back to the 70's range. Should I consider medication?
