I have pre-diabetes & get my Freestyle lite supplies from you. I am curious as to how my meter compares to the True2go? I have been told by others that it would not give me a good average reading because it only stores 99 readings. Is this an accurate assumption?
Hi there and thanks for the question! I would really not compare the 2 meters b/c if you are looking for the average then True2go would not be the meter for you as it has no averaging. It is a great meter and most people like to use it to carry with them for on the go and or travel. The True Result ( the big brother to the True2go) would perhaps be more comparable to the FreeStyle lite as it has the same averaging of 7,14, & 30 day like your Freestyle lite. Below is a link to Niprodiagnostics (manufacturers of the True Result & True2go) which can help answer any additional questions you may have about the True2go. I hope this helps! http://www.niprodiagnostics.com/mpower/dme-mail/clinical-studies-management-tools/
