I have had a severe back condition for almost 30 years, and any type of exercise causes a great deal of pain in my back/legs and hips. I take Avinza (time release morphine) and hydrcodone for pain. I'm a type 2 and my A1C's run in the low to My last surgery in '93 was a fusion for hardware and it made me worse instead of better. With my a1c's being decent, should I worry about the lack of exercise, since it causes so much pain. Thank you, Michael Brown
