I am underweight and have chronic hypoglycemia. The types of foods that I like to eat are not the best for me as they are loaded with carbs. I have seen tons of diets online, but 95% of the foods is stuff I dont eat. Is there someone who could make up a healthy diet plan that I can follow based on the things I like to eat?
