Your blood sugars should be between 70-120 before meals and no more than 180 two hours after you've eaten. When I was diagnosed, I was about 230, now I'm 190 and am off all medications. I changed my eating habits and now use exercise as my glucose-lowering drug. Please visit… www.BlackDiabeticInfo.com. I am also on facebook. Do you have a glucometer?
