I need help fixing my meals. I get so lost when I try doing it myself. How can I learn more?

My first suggestion is that you meet with a dietitian. A dietitian can help you develop an eating plan that’s tailored to you, and can also provide you with suggestions, tips and recipes for meals. There are also a number of healthy cookbooks and meal planning guides that can help you with your meals.
