I am looking for the 28 day diabetic meal plan. Got it on my Ipad, but can't print from there. Can you help?

I’d suggest that you do a search on the Internet from your computer – I did so and came up with several links. A few words of advice: “ready-made” meal plans can be helpful when you’re first getting started with meal planning or when you need suggestions for types and amounts of foods to eat. However, these can be difficult to follow long-term, as they don’t take into account your food preferences, your eating schedule and your weight goals. If you need help with meal planning and/or are just not sure what to eat, ask your physician to refer you to a registered dietitian for an individualized eating plan.
