What is the deal? Is white food bad or can I have it in moderation? Breads? yes or No? So confusing.

While I am not a medical professional and not a diabetic, about 2 years ago I started to incorporate more whole grains into my diet and have noticed that I just feel better. While I do believe in moderation I would consult this with your doctor as it is always good to hear what he or she would recommend.
