I was diagnosed 1 week ago with type 2. I have a couple more days to wait to see a nutritionist. In the meantime, I'm doing my best to eat healthy. The problem I'm having is forcing myself to eat when I'm not even hungry. Is this normal? Especially at the mid morning and afternoon snacks. Will my body adjust? do i eat these snacks anyway even if I'm not hungry? I'm just so new to this any advice would be great.
