I have type 2 diabetes, hyperthyroidism, and high blood pressure. I know about the nutrition and what we can and can't eat. How much fruits and vegetables are we supposed to a day? I think it is like 6 to 10 servings a day and I need to know how are we supposed to that much or are we supposed to go to a supplement.
