I started running 3 years ago and finished 6 Marathons and many more half marathons. My recent cholesterol went back up to 244 and sugar level at 103. I know I have slacked off running, down to no more than 10 miles per week. I can resume to the previous level of 30 to 40 miles per week. I stayed off the pre diabetic for many years and now back in it. What food can I have to satisfy both the two health conditions and the required energy for Marathons? I planned to run 2 per year.
