Q:

Losing weight has become impossible despite eating correctly and exercising 90 to 180 minutes regularly per week. I wear an insulin pump, am 59 yrs old and trying my best to stay as active as possible. When I reduce too many carbs I get low blood sugars. So how do I find the right balance?
