I found out about 4 mos ago, I am Type 2 diabetic. I started out at 125 lbs. on a 5'4" frame. Through no fault of my own, I have lost 15 lbs., so I am now 110 lbs. That's way too skinny! How do I gain it back? I was told I'm only allowed 60 carbs. per day, so I can't sit around & eat half a bag of chips any more. I've never had a weight problem, could eat as I pleased & now I'm wasting away! Thank You.
