My blood sugar that got me diagnosed as diabetic was 216. I am hypoglycemic. I control my levels with diet and exercise. I have the numbers under control, however, I have been experiencing a lot of anxiety after eating usually 1/2 hour to hour afterwards. I also have anxiety prior to eating wondering how I am going to feel later. Usually, I can eat something and that takes the edge off but recently it doesn't matter, anxiety when blood sugar drops and anxiety when rises. Help?!
