I have had major difficulties as of late. I eat the same well controlled diet (most times). I have had highs in the hundreds. As well as lows. I have an insulin pump. Recently, someone at the gym told me about how cinnamon can help stabilize sugars. One week after I began taking 500 mg of cinnamon each day, my sugars have been wonderful! I will keep taking it and see how things go. I usually check my blood sugars 5-7 times a day. Has this occurred with cinnamon use in others?
